How to clean the motor on September 6, 2021
The method to remove the winding dust is to first blow the dust with compressed air, in order to prevent damage to the motor insulation, the compressed air pressure is controlled at 2 to 3 halls/square centimeter, and then the brown brush is used to further clean the dirt in the winding seam. Blow again with compressed air until the winding is clean, and finally wipe the surface of the winding with a soft cloth. When there are dirt with high viscosity sludge in the winding gap, use carbon tetrachloride or gasoline carbon tetrachloride mixed solution {ratio of 1 to 2} to clean, and the winding should be heated to 40 to 60oC during cleaning. Rinse with the solution for 20 to 30 minutes to dissolve the original dirt and leave the winding by itself. If there is still dirt remaining in the winding gap, use a brown brush to wash the dirt out with the solution. Carbon tetrachloride is toxic, and workers must wear masks and protective glasses when operating.
